(It's about kids.)

Personally, I like kids and I wouldn't mind babysitting them. However, it's when my mom and my aunt want me to get a job where I work at a daycare is when I get pissed.

I can handle one kid, maybe two kids! Three's okay and I can try a fourth, but anything above five is out of the question! At a daycare, I would be surrounded by ten or twenty of those little monsters! Don't get me wrong, they can be sweet. I just don't want a kid of my own and have to take care of it for the rest of my life.

And that's another thing: I don't want children, even after I'm married. The process is eight to nine months long, painful, and relatives on both sides of the marriage keep bombarding you with "Oh, I'm so happy for you!", "Let me know if you need help.", and (my favorite) "Can I feel your belly?" I admit, I'm guilty for the "belly" part, but that was when my aunt was pregnant. And besides, children are EXPENSIVE!

I haven't told my mom that I don't want kids because I know she would flip. I mean, she's all about wanting my brother and I to become parents when we are married. NOT TO EACH OTHER, BUT TO OTHER PEOPLE!!

My aunt told me this: "If you don't want kids, then DON'T!"
